Here at Halsey Poodles and Doodles, we devote  hundreds of hours into research. By doing so- we can provide future puppy owners advise and counseling when it comes to best practices for your new puppy. Being responsible pet owners and dog breeders we feel that it is best for MOST OF OUR PUPPIES to  GO HOME ON A *STRICT* SPAY/NEUTER CONTRACT . Breeding rights will only be given to APPROVED responsible breeding programs.  All puppies are sent home as PETS ONLY unless otherwise discussed in great detail !  Please review puppy contract carefully BEFORE sending in an application .
